Wi-Fi internet access is available at the main building and two level building. In case you want to have an internet connection in your room, follow the instructions below:
- Switch on your Laptop, log in as normal and wait until your desktop is fully open.
- Look for an indication to the right of your desktop, which confirms that your laptop is detected by our wireless network.
- Choose that indication and open the LINKSYS.
Additionally there is Wireless Internet access in the lobby. - TELEVISION – INSTRUCTIONS AND CHANNELS
Every room is equipped with a television tuned in Greek menu. This can be changed in 18 several languages, by pressing the yellow button on the remote control and by following the screen instructions. If you wish to explore the TV channels without any charge, press the TV button on your remote control, immediately after you switch on your TV. The available channels appear on your screen. - TELEPHONE

The «Thea» restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is open from 12:30 till 00:30. There you can enjoy an exceptional a la carte meal in an enclosed environment with a beautiful atmosphere or on its lovely veranda looking to the pool during the summer season. - RIO LOUNGE BAR (open during the winter season)
Hotel’s Bar is located on the ground floor of the hotel and is open from 09:00 till 01:00. To enjoy your drink in your room please contact the Room Service department. - POOL BAR
The Pool bar is open during the summer season only, from 09:00 till 01:00. - MINI–BAR
Your room is equipped with a mini-bar containing bottled water and a selection of drinks and snacks. If you require a refill a product from your mini bar, please contact the Reception Department. To forward with the check out please fill in the card that you will find in the mini-bar indicating what you consumed and deliver it to the Reception desk. - HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Our housekeeping staff will provide any extra blankets, pillows, towels and other items you may need. - LAUNDRY SERVICE
The laundry service with collection and delivery directly in your room is available everyday except Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.
Please fill in the laundry form that you will find together with a laundry bag and a pricelist in your wardrobe, and leave them on your bed after informing the Reception department to be collected.
Clothes collected after 09:00 will be delivered the next day. - ICE-CUBE
In case you will need ice during your stay, please contact with the Bar. The supply of ice in your room is free of charge. - LUGGAGE STORAGE AND ASSISTANCE
Luggage assistance is provided 24hrs a day. Luggage storage service is also available 24hrs a day free of charge. For your safety please avoid leaving your luggage unattended during the check in/out. - WAKE UP CALLS
For your personal wake up call please inform the Reception department and tell the time you wish to receive a wake up call. - SAFETY

- Please memorize your room number. By placing your card in the switch located next to the door of your room, you immediately activate the electric power.
- Safe deposit boxes: For your articles of value, safe deposit boxes are available free of charge in your room or at the Reception. The Hotel management takes no responsibility for any valuables left in guest rooms and public areas.
- Doctor – Medical assistance (upon request): Any medical assistance can be obtained by contacting the Reception department.
